Based in Hossegor, France, Layer Agency was established in 2014 with the collaboration of two extreme sports fanatics. After several years working at the top of the Global Eyewear Division at QUIKSILVER, the two founders decided to take their experience and knowledge forward and launch their own Eyewear consulting company.
A strong partnership has been forged over the years allowing them to become of the most efficient consulting team within the eyewear industry.

Clément LAMBERT
Driven by Product design & Fashion, Clément Lambert graduated from one of the best design School in France. After working at Rip Curl & Nike, Clement specialised in designing technical products.
Up until 2014 he was the designer for the Eyewear Collection for the Quiksilver & Roxy brands as well as watches, goggles and helmets.
Detail orientated and with a strong market knowledge Clement also brings with him solid expertise when it comes to the different production and manufacturing techniques used.
He is an accomplished eyewear designer and is now the creative director of Layer Agency.

Pierre LE GALL
The first thing to know about Pierre Le Gall is that he is passionate about extreme sports and all types of technical products. He graduated from one the best european business schools. Pierre worked for several years as a product manager for technical products at Ripcurl and Quiksilver.
As head of the Global Eyewear department for the Brands QUIKSILVER & ROXY, his experience in product management, product development and supply chain gave him a great insight into the industry. Pierre is an eyewear specialist and is now the managing director of LAYER AGENCY
